Great Bear Pub - Burnaby

I experienced racism from the woman at this restaurant. Firstly, she discarded my ticket because I left a $10 tip and refused to serve me anything else. I was playing music on the jukebox and she shut it off, even though I was paying $1 per song. Such a shame.

Everyone was super kind except the waitress, I think her name is Maria, she is the worst, was so rude with us, I think was because we are latin people, please be aware of this place.

There was a guy who was drunk. he flirted with me and I didn't interested and he locked out me and my friend. Bartender and nobody said anything. I reported the police the bar and the guy. Which bar don't care another customers ?? It's not safe and good bar . This happened tonight .. ! Who will go there . Anybody won't be safe because nobody care about your safety.

Good place to watch hockey. Bartender was very professional and helpful.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab a drink and socialize with friends. They have pool tables and dart machines available. The furniture is a little worn, but overall it's a nice place to hang out.
