Chatime - Burnaby

I came here because I needed a space to study for an hour. I ordered a drink and sat at a table. I tried to use a straw, but my hand slipped and the drink fell to the floor and exploded. I told the staff about this with a sorry heart, and I didn't order any additional drinks because I needed more time to study than drinks. However, the staff cleaned the table and floor very kindly without complaining and brought a new drink in a larger size. There are many bubble tea shops near here, but I will visit this place again. I am sincerely sorry and I want to say thank you.

Average beverage, pretty good vibe. The fruit drink only taste like fruit, but contains no fruit. It’s all addictive, definitely worth nothing.The overall atmosphere is no bad, lots of seats and you can comfortably spend your afternoon here with your friends.It offer macarons and some other sweats. Didn’t try.

Pretty classic Chatime experience. The drink quality is okay, though still quite sweet at 50% sugar. I'd recommend getting 50% sugar max or less if possible, especially for their brown sugar pearl drinks. There's better bubble tea in the area, but in a pinch Chatime does the trick.

Tried Chatime in Burnaby at the Kingsway location. Its a very clean and new place with Big seating area!!!Very friendly and helpful staff. Good service.I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl with Iron goddess Oolong tea. Added sea salt creme, pudding with oat milk. Normal Ice snd 100% sugar level. Best combination???

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. The customer service was terrible. I ordered brown rice tea with sago, but the guy gave me white pearls instead and no sago, despite my request. That guy needs to be fired!
