Boston Pizza - Burnaby

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They gave my pickup order to someone who wasn't even my driver, didn't ask for any names, and still charged my Visa. It's very disappointing. I will definitely be warning others to avoid this place. They also didn't deliver even though their ad said they would. This is the third time I've had a bad experience with this BP chain. I will never order from them again.

Visiting on the way to drop family at the airport. Sat in the bar area as the restaurant was booked out. Service was a bit slow had to get the servers attention for drink refills a couple of times. Food was nice, pizzas are huge...More

As this was on the way back to our accommodation, decided to give it a try. Ordered the pizza, salad and pasta... portions were bigger than what we are used to back home. Overall great food and good service.

Have never had a pizza from Boston Pizza before. Was very surprised as all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Picking up some pizza for my mom & my dinner .. Had not been for years , knew I wanted ham & pineapple pizza but - WAIT, I see a flatbread with feta, chicken, arugula, balsamic and a few other ingredients ... Right up my alley. I managed to get it as take out because my mom can't come in to eat ...Took it home and loved it - also got a personal size ham/pineapple to have a traditional one as well Service was great, didn't take long for take out & we ZLOVED it !! Thx !
