Gross store, go up the road to Brant and Upper Middle when they reopen instead

Third time I’ve ordered Uber eats and they constantly miss items. When I call them they say there’s nothing they can do and they hang up the phone they don’t even talk to me. They don’t even try to help worst worst location absolutely tired of getting missed items not only with Uber eats but my drive through order multiple times screwed up very poor management at this location.

They gave me cold coffee and when I tell them to change it they get angry.

The slowest service I have experience.I specifically requested sugar and cream in my coffee, and even confirmed it when I picked it up. However, when I took a sip while traveling back to Toronto, I was shocked to find that she gave me a regular coffee instead of a Latte and she completely lied to add any sugar at all.This incident occurred on November 24th, 2023, starting from 7pm onwards.

The last two times I came on Sunday morning at 7:30 on the way to work. Both times, grill being cleaned so no wraps. First time, my hot chocolate spilled all over my coat because of the stupid lid. Today, the order taker didn't bother to telk us the eggs were being cooked. I waited so long and was almost late to work. Also the English muffin was sitting getting cokd while they waited on eggs. I would've just got my drink and free donut had I known it would take so long.
