Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We decided to check out this restaurant, which had been temporarily transformed into Harvey's. We tried their Thanksgiving special, which included a 1/4 chicken, stuffing, potatoes, cranberries, and a choice of pumpkin or two other cake options. We arrived after 4:00 in the afternoon and it was already bustling by 5:00. Our server Kylie was incredibly efficient and friendly, despite being busy she took great care of us. We absolutely loved our dinner, the chicken was excellent and it was a great value for the price.

I have had my order given to someone else in the past during the pandemic, and then received an order that had been handled by another person. I would estimate that over 50% of the time my order is incorrect. The food is good and reasonably priced when it is prepared correctly, but I am beginning to question why I continue to return. While the staff always tries to rectify the errors, it does not make up for the inconvenience of having to deal with a subpar meal. It is clear that they need to train their staff to double-check every order before it is finalized, a simple yet crucial step. I order from many places, and this is the only one where mistakes are consistently made. One positive aspect is their easy-to-use online ordering system, which is one of the best in the industry. It is unfortunate that their service does not match up to this convenience.

The service at this restaurant seems to have improved compared to past experiences. Despite being busy preparing 285 hamburgers for a school children's lunch, they still managed to provide good service for my takeout order.

Again disappointed, would you think I would learn, went to dinner with my wife, we came to 6, said it would be a short wait, took our name and we asked a lifetime went, people who started to be eaten after us... before us, I thought they didn't care where they were sitting table, more time passed so that I saw on the waiting list and to my surprise that our name had been removed when I had the

We visit Swiss Chalet probably monthly as it is good food, consistent and well priced. We enjoy the BBQ chicken dinners. I always the order the same 1/4 chicken dinner with white meat $1.50 extra) you have s choice of French Fries, Baked Potato...or side salad. I never eat French Fries except when at Swiss Chalet. They have the best fresh cut non greasy fries and the meal comes with tangy BBQ dipping sauce. choice of white or multigrain dinner roll. Our last visit my husband switched up to the combo of chicken and back ribs. The ribs were perfectly cooked and just fell off the bone . They also have side ribs however back ribs always have more meat on them and find they are more tender. He really enjoyed this combo for a change. They also serve complete rib dinners, chicken pot pie my husband loves it and says it tastes homemade) they offer stir fries, pasta, hot chicken sandwiches, chicken on a bun, chicken wings and and large dinner salads. Great family restaurant, reasonable and friendly quick service. Once again it’s a franchise so it’s the same regardless of location you can’t go wrong. Also a large take out area in each location which is also handy. They have friendly servers and always good hot meals served quickly. Keep an eye open for coupons they’re quite common and you can often get the “Two Can Dine for $15.99!” That’s a great deal, 2 chicken dinners!
