Bidra med feedbackI have ordered a tall green tea latte twice on the past week and when I opened it up, because it felt super light, it was only three quarters full. Paid for a tall and got basically a short This is the second time now. I won't be going back there again.
Ordered a venti latte with whip, as I drove off the cup felt pretty light for a full sized coffee. As I opened it I was shocked to see that the whip had completely melted and my cup was half empty. When I went back to ask them to fix their mistake I received a full lecture on how much milk and coffee goes into a cup and that if I wanted they could add another espresso shot for a 1.50$ …. Seriously??! The cup was half empty it was basically a grande cup of coffee instead of a venti, whip cream should not take up that much space in a cup!First thing is this isn’t my first time drinking coffee from Starbucks I know exactly how much coffee goes into a Venti cup. I don’t need a lecture from anybody on how their coffee is made what I need is a solution to a mistake that they made.Second customers don’t have time to come back and ask for their order to be right when it should be made right the first time.Third it is completely rude to treat customers in the manner that this location treats them. Coffees here are not cheap. The least they can do is fix the coffee and send customers on their way.Will never be returning to this location as all they gave you is attitude and whip cream in your cup.
Terrible customer service. Staff should really watch the comments they make to others.

Such a rubbish coffee they madeI ordered java chips frapachino on October 18 between 8:15 to 8:30 by door dashTotally iced no chocolate at all.So so disappointed.Will never go here
