Saving Thyme Patisserie Bistro

Awesome food and catering. This place is very busy and relatively expensive but you cannot beat the food. We have bought the quiche for special occasions and the pumpkin pie and key lime pie. All fabulous. A word of warning. If you order food for a holiday, Christmas or Mother's Day, for example, order early and go very early to get it. Line ups to pick up food can be hours long.

Really impressed with this place. The pastries are amazing. The meals are delicious every individual ingredient is well made. The staff are all friendly and easygoing.And I want to give extra appreciation for their modern menu and payment system. Being able to order, pay and tip through my phone at the table is awesome. No app to install. I love being to just stand up and leave when I'm done. We even ordered a couple pastries to go at our table which were brought over promptly. The whole process was super smooth and seamless.I'll be a returning customer!

Food was really quite good. Eggs Benedict was perfect. Hollandaise was proper hollandaise. All the bread was marvellous. The salads were sweet and tender, all very good. Only downside was the coffee, tasted quite bitter, maybe a little over-extracted, like if you left a french press to steep for an hour. I’d expect nice coffee from a place like this but who knows, maybe the owners like they’re coffee on the bitter side ?

Absolutely delightful staff. Coming back from France recently looking for something equivalent. This place did not disappoint. A bit pricey relative to France but the croissants and pain au chocolate are noticibly larger here.Croissants were crispy, buttery enough and not so flaky but still has some chew (not a fan when it's super flaky)Overall, will def come again and recommend if looking for a delicious treat.
