Bidra med feedbackI'm new to burlington from toronto. I was jonesing for a good souvlaki and decided that I tried sakis. they will not be disappointed. now I'm a regular customer and I tried everything on the menu. the best in town, my toilet. hate me from the hot sauce and garlic, but it's worth it! uoopa!
We take all few weeks of sakis green and never had a disappointing eating. recommend the Greek plates for 2 or 4.
There is no Mediterranean taste. nothing simillar to Greek or Mediterranean restaurants. I was so dissapoint when I saw good cripples.
I fought with my two children to eat. eating was excellent and there was so much of it. we all went home with lunch for the next day. the hunch was juicy, the rice was perfect and the kartoffels. yum especially with the garlic sauce! will. must try the Greek fries next time.
Happened by this restaurant a few weeks ago. I was a bit surprised to find this appears to be more take out oriented, order and pay at the counter. They do have a dozen table to sit. It was chilly inside and when the door...opened it didn't help to keep the restaurant warmer. The kitchen is in full view of the counter. I ordered chicken shawarma with greek salad instead of rice/potatoes, dressing on the side. PERFECT. The shawarma was hot and tasty. The salad was perfect. My friend ordered gyro and he said the meat was tasty, rice was excellent and moist and potatoes were excellent. I was driving past a few days later and went for my second visit for dinner at 7pm. The restaurant was busy with take out. I ordered falafel with greek salad and my friend ordered chicken souvlaki. We were both impressed by the food but the temperature inside was chilly. This is not a fancy restaurant it is VERY casual with people picking up on their way home. Don't let the atmosphere spoil your impression, the food is worth it.
