Diner on a snowy evening at 8pm. Busy in the dining room but not packed. Server did not approach table for at least 10 minutes and only to tell us he would return soon. No drink order or anything! Finally he returned after 5 minutes. We had to ask what the specials were and we immediately ordered appetizers and then proceeded to salad bar. Salad bar good with many options, very old school. Cheese and crackers or bread ? on salad bar, too. Appetizers were very good, salads fresh. Service was very slow waiting for our dinners. We had steaks which were good. The steak off the menu was much better than the Oscar Style steak on the specials. The server took a very long time to clear our plates and then never offered dessert. The food is good and menu items similar to 30 years ago. The decor is nice with a seaside, ship/boat theme. Casual atmosphere. Service was the real letdown. We will return.
