Bidra med feedbackThe food is outstanding, but the people and service are even better! We drive over an hour to Rancho Alegre to get authentic Mexican food and to see a friendly face. This makes my day every time we go there.
We've eaten here twice, and each time was pretty disappointing. The chile relleno has a very bizarre brown sauce, it's unlike any other one I've ever had, and I eat them at every Mexican restaurant I go to. The beans have an unpleasant taste to them, almost fishy? I'm not sure. The server, the same woman both times, is not attentive. She helped numerous other families before she took our order, and she didn't check on us the entire time after we received our food. The check took awhile after we managed to flag her down, and she charged us twice for my husband's meal. She wrote it in 2 different ways each time, it was very sketchy. The margaritas had a weird taste too, almost like old tap water. My husband's steak was fine, and the rice was fluffy. Those were the two things that weren't an issue. I genuinely hate writing negative reviews, but there wasn't much positive comments to write about this place. Do not recommend.
Some of the best Mexican food in the area! Their mole is amazing!! Tastes just like my abuelitas cooking.
Thee most superb mole! And run by the kind of people you just plain want to see succeed. Great all around and everytime.
Food is delicious and the service is great. Highly recommend anyone in the Skagit Valley area looking for Mexican food to eat here. The margaritas are ???
