Pizza Hut - Burlington

Been around longer, sauce is the best, original crust is perfect. Supreme is my favorite..

My family has been ordering this place for years. I enjoyed leading this tradition until recently. we ordered the delivery in the last six months three or four times and the pizza was terrible. on the app I always ask for heavier sauce and each of the last painting was the pizza almost dry, with hardly one soße. it is very disappointing. that was one of our favorite skirs. I don't think we'll order here again

That's the worst pizza hat I had. I've overcooked an order for cheese sticks together with other items that once I got them. then I called specifically and asked them not to overcook my cheese sticks, which I decided against my better judgment to order a second time. I was disappointed again. they also have terrible waiting times and rude customer service. my advice is far away from this pizza hat!

My experience was terrible. I ordered the pizza online at 7:45 and set the pickup time. When I arrived at 7:50 for my pizza, pizza is lost. As you lose a large 2 topping pizza is beyond me. I had to cook for 10 minutes and cook my pizza. When I came home, they didn't cut the pizza. Oh, good. This is the new normal. Probably.

This is the worst place to order from! I ordered at 5:55 a.m. and I'm just leaving the store that the manager refused to talk to me because she was busy and they were supported as managers to manage you and there. Apparently not able to plan the right amount of staff to handle a busy Saturday night. This is not the first time I had a problem, it is the 3rd and I will not go back. I wait inside for 1 pizza for over 25 minutes when the other half of my order was given to me before....so what does that mean? Now the one apologise pizza I had to wait 25 plus minutes, the only thing is slightly warm....and the other things are freezing until I came home.... the manager wouldn't even return my card and her attitude and straight not customer service was something I would have fired my staff!
