Barnes Noble Cafe - Burlington

This is my comfort zone!! I love coming here and hide away in one of the reading areas just to distress. Then I go to the cafe and treat myself with a cup of hot caramel mocha ?? before shopping for a good book or teachers materials. I love Barnes and Noble ???? ???? ???? ????

It's the best. The employees are nice, the stores laid out super clearly, and their manga section is to die for. As a d&d nerd, I love looking through all the memorabilia and expansion books they offer

From the time I entered until I checked out, was a pleasant experience. The customer service was world class. I asked an associate for directions and she was spot on. I love the selection of adult coloring books. I was looking for one and found several. The store was clean and organized. When I went to checkout the cashier was smiling and she hit the sales points, if I was a loyal card member and buy 2 get 1 free of the item of the day to sell. Please go visit and you will

This is a very nice business. The staff is always polite and helpful. In an industry that's moving away from paper media, BN still has excellent service.

Really hit or miss if the book I'm looking for is stocked. Hard to find staff to assist. More interested in asking if you're a rewards member than greeting the customer, asking if they found everything they were looking for, etc
