Their mojitos (tea Virgin are bomb fresh mint, sparkling water ice sugar super fresh and ice minty yummy ... Let's not forget their watermelon mushier, juice and teas .. . Their coconut pudding served in the fresh ping coconut is pricey but worth every penny :

I love their milk teas, but I had a terrible experience at the Burlingame location. I ordered two of the same drinks, knowing that they are fixed and cannot be modified. But I had a simple request: could one of them be made without ice, since I was going to save it for later for someone? I stated I was willing to take less of the drink if that was the issue. The first employee refused, and the second employee was even more rude saying no modifications and glared at me. I felt like they didn 't care about me as a customer at all.I usually go to the San Jose location, and I honestly think they have some of the best milk teas in the bay. Now I’m questioning going to any of their locations. This was my first and last time at the Burlingame one. I hope they improve their service. Can’t believe I even tipped them.
