Bidra med feedbackI ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of cinnamon sticks at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all of the items were overcooked, especially the cinnamon sticks which were black. I called and spoke to Chelsea to explain the issue politely. However, she was not interested in the problem and was rude. She did offer to send out another order or provide a credit for next time. I decided to have it remade, but after waiting over an hour, I understand that it may not be possible. My children, aged 6 and 10, were disappointed. The credit offered is for the next time I order, which I find frustrating as it may not address the overcooked items.
I enjoy sharing Mr Jim's with others so they can enjoy my favorite pizza chain as well. Unfortunately, today when I introduced someone in Crowley to it, we ended up with the worst pizza I have ever had. I never imagined this company could let me down like this. I'm hoping to redeem the experience by taking them to the Benbrook store and hopefully they will give the chain another chance.
I don?t live near a location and but took the time to drive to this location! Good change from the normal pizza spots.
This isn't the Mr. Jim's I remember. Never thought I'd be disappointed in a sticky fingers and yet here I am. I don't know what else to say. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon if ever. Too many pizza options out there to spend $30 on a subpar product.
I had grown tired of the two popular pizza delivery chains and wanted my child to experience delivery pizza like I did when I was young. While the ingredients and options were similar, the crust was noticeably different and the flavors tasted fresh. An added bonus was that when you reheat the pizza the next day, the crust becomes crunchier. It may not be like the pizzas on the east coast or in Chicago, but it's pretty good, especially if your child only eats pepperoni. Give it a try for something different.
