Cotton Patch Cafe - Burleson

I ordered 2 BOWLS Veggie soup. I just have one and the size of her bowl? I wouldn't see the size of the soup. Also got mushrooms and there were 4 small mushrooms to go in the box. After spending $30 on food would definitely expect to get better portions. Will never be so disappointed again by cotton patch and still hungry after spending order so much.

Here with 3 other couples for a little late dinner. The service of Quinton was great! He was on site with every request and fast. He was funny and has a great smile. ? Most of the food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. I ordered the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I was hungry so I couldn't wait. When the sandwich came, I opened it to add a black pepper and what did I find? NO Avocado!? We didn't see Quinton, so we got another waiter and asked him to bring something avocado. I know Quinton got the order right because I wanted to hold the tomatoes and he repeated it. I mean, who orders an Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich, keep the avocado?????? Anyway, when we're back in the area, I'll have the same thing as the sandwich was great! But next time I skip the fries instead of the fried bacon! Fried bacon?

We waited 10 minutes when managers today turned around 2:30 with a washcloth, finally sitting from the waitress who was great as we sat there, I saw the manager conversation and do nothing, each table was dirty and he always held his back to the front door, I saw 3 couples going out.. he never noticed it this was about 2:30 I said the waitress request to take care of the old couple. I've never seen a clear manager in my life, I asked the waitress what his name was, she said Cody, we love our cotton patch and will go on, but you lost 60-100 dollars in time because of bad leadership

For free veterans lunch on the veterans day. Great food and excellent service. The fried bacon was great.

I like Cotton Patch. I prefer it to other chain restaurants like Chili's for American food. The service has always been good. The prices are typical for fast casual and it's a plus that they have a bar. It's not a steak restaurant so stick to the chicken fried steak, salads and other middle of the road dishes.
