Bidra med feedbackWe had not been to the restaurant since the new renovations began, but decided to go there tonight for my 80th birthday lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the new decor and the quality of the food. There were 7 of us and we had a great time. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful despite it being busy on a Sunday near Christmas. We had a few small issues with the new menus and ordering, but each request was handled with patience and a smile. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back to Kitchen 34 for many more meals in the future.
I used to love this restaurant for its diverse menu that appealed to people of all ages. However, the new chef has started adding unfamiliar ingredients that we're not used to. As a result, my wife and I will not be returning. We suggest sticking to the original menu and considering booking in advance based on other reviews.
For over 5 years at burleigh bears, and the new refit and new menu/cheese change is a catastrophe. they have spent a lot of money doing the whole club, and I assume that why everything has jumped in the price now. the refit made eating worse than better. we received the wrong order and that was happy because the chicken parmigiana we were given was burned and was quite incessant and so I was very happy to send them back. the correct order was 't much better, as they had even changed the Gravy recipe for the worse. my wife loved eating here, but after our recent experience she has said her time to find a new restaurant and I must agree. his time to remove the bear 'kitchen 34' from my list of places to eat.
If they had not been one of our local clubs, the entrance was changed, but not clearly available at the arrival. only a disabled parking space. weeping menu on tables are good, but very little in the neighboring bar, had to go back to the. directly to the sportable, only to be told from a wine selection and they had to go to the bottle shop to get more. the other wein had also requested to run out and a new barrel had to be opened. on a second visit I received the ring wine that had to be replaced and I was asked if I wanted to get ice with it?! the staff and the eating were good, the rest a bit a debacle. I sent the club by email, but they just ignored me.
I recently brought my 87-year-old father, who needs a 4-wheel walker to move around, to the recently renovated Burleigh Bears. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor seating available for him to rest while I parked the car after dropping him off at the entrance. It was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was located quite far from the entrance, making it a long walk to get there. The bar was even further away at the other end of the complex. It seems like a poor design choice, especially considering that the target market is the elderly population. If no changes are made, I doubt we will return. It is important to consider the needs of the aging population in order to avoid going out of business.
