Shamelessly selling spoiled cakes. Doesn't give receipts.

I wanted to make my adopted son's birthday extra special, so I ordered his favorite ice cream cake a day in advance. Imagine my shock when I arrived during normal business hours to find the store closed! No other location could replace his cake in time, and his disappointment was heartbreaking. This is completely unacceptable. Was this due to a missing employee, bad management, or a broken website? Regardless, Coldstone ruined a special day. Management needs to address the serious issues that caused this major failure.

I love coldstone in general but this spot is absolutely my favorite! I go there so often I can literally walk in and say “I’ll take the usual” haha The owner, whom I’ll call Z, is super nice and incredibly hardworking! The ice cream is always fresh and the place is kept very clean. Highly recommend! :

I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.
