Subway - Burgaw

Great service by employees but management set employees up for failure by not properly ordering inventory. Was out of many things, for example, only one type of bread was available and no meatballs amongst other things

Very clean and orderly place the girls were friendly and it did not take him long prepare the sandwiches. They were excellent during a rush.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming! Our company often places large orders, and they always deliver on time and exactly as requested.

In my experience, the restaurant has difficulty honoring simple requests, such as using coupons. When I ask for low-carb options, like substituting a meal into a bowl instead, they seem uncooperative.

The staff were extremely rude and even yelled at me when I mentioned there was a fly on my food and asked where the food covers were. They shouted that I shouldn’t talk to them as if they were a child, which was completely absurd. The behavior was disrespectful and confrontational.
