Starbucks - Burbank

This special location is my favorite place from all that exists in glendale. the place has a beautiful seating area outside surrounded by bushes. it's such a nice place to kick back and enjoy a drink

I wanted a traveler box from this facility and one of the workers told me that Starbucks doesn't do traveler's boxes after 11 am. I called another Starbucks 5 min away, and they said they can make it for me. If you're busy, just tell me. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

I'm going all in and saying this guy Kendall just doesn't care what you say. If he believe he heard it then he'll speak to you with a rude tone and talking down to you. LIKE DUDE ITS COFFEE NOTHING PERSONAL BUT IF I ASK FOR TALL SIZE WITH ALMOND MILK DON'T GIVE ME A GRANDE WITH OAT MILK. No one gives a damn about what you look like, do your job.

This Starbucks ALWAYS give the worst service. Kendall is literally the worst employee. He always has such a rude and gross attitude. Especially when Taking your order. Doesn't listen, ALWAYS gets the order wrong and then manages to have a nasty attitude when you tell him your order is wrong. When you ask to remake it they don't. They just try and fix it which ends up tasting like garbage and they don't do anything about it. Also he never gets the size right. I ask for a tall and always get a grande so he can charge me more. He's literally the worst. Sadly this is my local Starbucks and due to Kendall awful service I mange to be late to work daily because I have to wait around while they get their lives together.

Staff was very nice but, the coffee I received was not tasting good. It was watered down and had a strange taste. I couldn't finish it.
