Papa Johns Pizza - Burbank

In the last few years we have ordered over a hundred pizzas from here (10 only for a birthday party) and my only complaining is that I would have it even closer. the personal has recognized me for some time and although they are always ashamed, they are kind. it is not her fault if her pizza takes 30-40 minutes, it is the only pj around and they can be very busy. the personal turnover is low, I have seen the same people who have been working here for years. as an entrepreneur, I can tell them that much is said about good administration.

Pizza was actually cold and uncut (didn’t even have an imprint of cutting, like they didn’t even try to cut it into slices) literally cut it myself and put it in the microwave to reheat. Called the store to let the staff know. Was told by management I would get a call from the owner of the store, once the owner called and accused me of lying I let her know I would be leaving a bad review. Once I asked for her name to put in the review sheimmediately hung up the call. I even called back and she sent it to voicemail. Terrible customer service and terrible ownership. Can’t make stuff like this up one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any business. Save your money and eat cardboard instead at least you get what you pay for.

They never seem to have my online order correct. I'm usually a couple pizzas short, so I have to wait upon arrival, for them to cook the remainder of the order.

I feel like this Papa John's need to be pay attention to get accurate details to my pizza next time. I said no cheese and they did put a lot cheese but still Papa Johns is my favorite pizza place

I ordered a pizza online and went in to pick it up. when I walked in the person was making a pizza with his face mask under his chin but was courteous and put his mask on when he came to the counter. I picked up the pizza which looked ok but that's where it ends. The pizza tasted awful. The cheese was like plastic and the sausage had a weird taste. Also Papa Johns crust was the worst I ever experienced. I ended up throwing the pizza whole pizza away after the first slice. I had purchased a pizza from Papa John's in the past but this time will be my last time.
