Service was so poor and the black woman in the drive thru tonight around 8pm was so disrespectful.

I made an order for delivery, 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of wings. Driver dropped off the wings only. Tried to call the location but they did not answer the phone. Called at least 7 times before I just drove up there myself. Got to the location and the cashier admitted part of my order was left behind and made replacement. However, when I asked for the delivery fee and tip back since I had to drive there myself to get the food, the cashier said there was nothing she could do since their driver did deliver my wings.instead of arguing further, I just left. Too many options on this street to bother coming back for this level of "service. "Will also be copying this to Yelp and any other review sites I can find as well.

Usually I encounter a phenomenal experience but yesterday was the total opposite. I ordered cheese fries a chocolate shake. The shake was scrumptious as usual and the fries were a hit as well. But they only gave me 14 fries (yes, I counted them) and a teaspoon of cheese. If I hadn't already gotten on the tollway I would have taken that half empty box back. I will NEVER patronize this place ever again and I will encourage my client's and colleagues to follow suit. You only get one time with me and yesterday was it.
