Res Beefsteak - Buon Ma Thuot

The food is good and the staff is nice. I would rate this restaurant 5 stars if it is more spacious :

I eat in Res Concept restauranr. Cosy place. Good pasta carbonara, seafood soup and grap wine. But too bad the staff does not speak English... And especially a very bad surprise on the bill : 15% service charge !

Beef steaks Vietnamese style. Forget medium rare piece of premium meat, you'll get something that looks like it has been just taken out of a McDonald's burger. If you know what you're getting, it's actually quite OK though. I wanted to give 4 stars initially (they have some good and inexpensive wine as well), then I once tried pork ribs, which were absolutely appalling, so I wanted to settle on 3. Finally, I realized there is a perfect steak house some 300 meters from there, so I'm giving just 2...
