Viva Italia - Bundaberg

Haven't been here for years and decided to have lunch the other day.. The meal was huge and couldn't eat it all but was very nice fush cooked well and calamari was so tender but a bit spicy for me. Over all it was a great experience and would go again.

Had my birthday dinner here, waitress was very polite. The cheesy garlic bread we ordered never arrived. 2 of our meals had hair on/in them. We also waited an hour and 10 for our meals. Food was reasonable a few of the meals were quite good but others were not up to standard. And finally when we went to pay the eftpos machine was broken and we had to walk down the street to get cash out at the bank to pay for our meals.

Poor atmosphere and bought in pizza bases. Waitress had never heard of spaghetti and meatballs, Peroni beer or anchovies!! Small dinner plate sized pizza cost almost $20. Least Italian feeling place ever.

Viva italia is new since my last visit to bundaberg and it is a beautiful new fit from a large space; large menu to fit. Italian favorite as well as some local tweets; great service. expect a variety of pizza, pasta and main dishes. the hotel is located on a lively corner complex on the main road to the city, with a lot of car parking. I ordered the grilled pesto captivating, which contained very generous portions of garnel and circustomates.

Eating and service was fantastic! we ordered the fatuccine garlic prawns and spaghetti bolognese and we got left overs, which is a plus. both children also enjoyed it.
