Cafe 1928 - Bundaberg

After visiting Hinkler House and the Bert Hinkler Museum in Bundaberg, my wife and I decided to stop by this cafe. It was quite busy with many locals, which is always a good sign. The service was quick and efficient, the food was top-notch, and the coffee was excellent. Overall, a fantastic place to visit.

This restaurant is extremely popular, with a large coach tour group during our visit which made the wait for meals a little longer. You can choose from typical cafe fare or more upscale restaurant-style dishes.

Had lunch there. The service was great and friendly. The food came out promptly and was very fresh and plentiful.

We had lunch here today and we were very impressed with the prices and portion sizes. The service was good and the food yummy! ????

This cafe is in the Bundaberg Botanical Gardens, with a lovely vista for a cafe. We both had the Warm Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad. It was extremely well presented and was very appetizing. On a winters day, for us Kiwi travelers, sitting outside, the 23 degrees was stunning. With a great outlook over some of the gardens.
