Bundy Sushi - Bundaberg

Pretty disappointing. Here for a lunch stop. No sushi on conveyor belt so had to order, which took a while. Food was ok with exception of the pork bun and edamame. Pork bun was very dry and the edamame was either very old stock, or under-steamed, or both?! Was very un-appetising and a number of pieces didn’t ‘pop out’ like edamame normally does. This might be normal good quality for a country town sushi bar but certainly well below city standards. Staff were very polite though, so I’m sorry giving a low review.

Very average disappointing. We had ours takeaway, and it lacked the finesse that true Japanese Sushi should have. The taste was ok, but overall very unappetizing. Would never return there.

Poor maintenance and terrible service. Arrived there looking for a quick 30min meal but sushi train was not working. Ordered sashimi with soy sauce and wasabi, and udon and the food didn’t come for 45 minutes. Sashimi should have been done in 5 minutes. Also, they said that they were busy despite servicing another group that came after us. We had to repeatedly complain to get our food, and then they didn’t even have our soy sauce and wasabi and said they forgot. Idiots.

Not happy with my experience at this place. I came in to get take away sushi and asked the server how big the sushi was. She indicated that it was as big as a regular sized take away sushi you'd normally get. When she came out with it it was half that size. I paid $10 for 2x of these and then had to go to Maccas afterwards

I absolutely love Bundy Sushi! The sushi is delicious and they also serve great soups. The staff is friendly and willing to prepare something special if it’s not on the menu. I always enjoy my time here and leave feeling very satisfied!
