Bidra med feedbackThe Biltmore Bake Shop is a nice place to sit and enjoy a pastry. It is also very busy and the lines are not too orderly. The pastries were very good and we enjoyed them. The service was okay but not very outgoing. They also have a wide variety of beverages, cookies and even serve some alcoholic beverages. It is worth a visit and enjoyable. Vegetarian options: Mostly non-meat items Dietary restrictions: Premade, ask before ordering Parking: Large lots Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible
Honestly terrible srvice and terrible food. Its a bakery shop that wont heat up your pastry, like im sorry when you pay hundreds of dollar to visit the biltmore with your family you should AT LEAST be able to get a hot pastry and a good sandwich. The sandwiches tasted like something i grabbed from the gas station.
Great food! Insanely disrespectful employees! The sweet lady running register had no help and when she ask the two standing behind her just staring at the customers they would be rude and continue to not help their fellow employee or customers! So sad, felt horrible for the lady at the register who also voiced how they would not help and if they did they wouldn’t tell her and it confused her that much more.
They opened late. Ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese. Took 10 minutes to get. The older gentleman who was working the cash register was the only one working. The other employees were too busy getting themselves coffee drinks and talking to care about the customers. Pass on this one.
We visited twice at Christmas and enjoyed a very delightful gingerbread man and cappuccino after touring the estate the first night and a sandwich and soda the second night. Food and drinks were great and the service fast and friendly.
