Sala Wine Lounge - Bunbury

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, with a classy renovation of an old building that still maintains its rustic charm. The service was excellent and the barman was inventive. The food was delicious, especially the lamb rump which was sensational.

Bunbury has undergone significant changes recently, benefiting both tourists and locals in this charming coastal town by offering more options for a enjoyable night out. Sala Wine Lounge, created by the talented Jason Casella and his team, is a cozy and inviting wine bar that delivers a fantastic experience. The striking wooden door immediately captures my attention, giving the place an air of style and sophistication. Housed in the former Hogs Breath building, Sala has undergone a remarkable transformation, with exposed brick, pendant lights, timber floors, and comfortable couch seating creating an upscale atmosphere perfect for enjoying delicious food and wine.

I can confidently say that this restaurant in Bunbury offers the best service, wine, and cocktails. My experience at this establishment was outstanding and I couldn't find any faults. It is the perfect venue for a great night out.

A cosy little lounge that attracts a large crowd on a Saturday night with an extensive wine list (and cocktails spirits for those who aren't so fond of wine) along with a selection of tapas style food.<br <br Cheapest bottle of wine will set you back around $40 but each selection seems to have a purpose on the menu and loads of variety to choose from including local and imported. <br <br Food was fresh and tasty, well presented and reasonably priced for the portions sizes. A twist on some regulars, like the lamb sliders or the waldorf scallops. Do yourself a favour and order the bacon and cheese balls (deep fried macaroni balls drool)<br <br Service was attentive and speedy given the volume of patrons. There was a bit of confusion as a dish that wasn't ordered was delivered to our table but was left with us complimentary after we alerted the staff. <br <br Only slight negative is the music volume was a bit hard to hear within our group over the crowd and music, but this could be because of our location which was at the back of the lounge. All in all, would definitely return!
