Papa John's Pizza - Buna

I have had food from here in the past that exceeded my expectations however tonight the food was greasy to the point it made my wife and I sick. I called the GM who was rude and condescending stating the ingredients are greasy naturally so what do youwant me to do about it. The dough was undercooked. Just all the way around horrible experience. And to top it off there is asign on the drive through window stating due to lack of staffing they are closed Tuesdays and select other times sorry for theinconvenience . That to me says all I need to know. If you want better ingredients, better pizza don 't go to this papa johns

Very friendly people but it took an hour to get 2 pizzas I watched people come in place their order and get out before I even got my pizza. They told me it wasn't done but once they finally gave it to me it was not hot, it was VERY greasy and didn'ttaste like papa johns usually does not saying it was disgusting but it definitely wasn't very good.

I ordered online for takeout, and the food was steaming hot when I picked it up. It was absolutely delicious!

I ordered around seven pizzas and a bunch of Buffalo wings. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing them in the trash, but I have to admit, they smelled really good mixed in with my garbage.

The pizza was really tasty, although the dough in the center was a bit undercooked. I believe that here in the South, with the high humidity and muggy conditions, it might need an additional five to ten minutes of cooking time to ensure the center is thoroughly done. Personally, I prefer my pizzas a little more well done. Overall, great job, Papa John's! Keep up the good work and continue to improve every day. Thank you very much!
