I was in the hotel for six days and am unfortunately very disappointed. The service is anything but good. After repeated reminders, the smallest agreements are not kept. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There is only a very small selection and does not seem freshly prepared. In my opinion, no recommendation! There was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the taps were already green. Cleanliness is really something else. There are clumps of hair on the floor in the bathroom and I had a toilet roll stuck in the air conditioner on the first day. Very unfortunate : Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

We chose it for the return route in the Black Sea tour. I arranged it from Ankara and the quality of the service to be given by their telephone communication and helping us was evident. We stayed on the way back from Artvin and it was a great location for us. We think that the communication and the facilities in the rooms are very good. We have not had breakfast yet, but we will definitely share that experience. We base our trips on these comments, so user comments have always been very important to us. The rooms smell very bad, cleaning is not done at all, smoking is everywhere breakfast is the same, old rotten products are put on the tables service 0 if you respect yourself go somewhere else or sleep in the car!!!! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
