Subway - Buford

Now both employees were helpful and polite. Nice place. Has an assessment of A from the inspection. This is one of the most important things I'm looking for when I visit a place to buy food. Would recommend all interested drinks

Excellent customer service, fresh bread with a clean bathroom

We went to eat and not earlier than we got our food and sat, we saw SEVERAL ROACHES on the wall next to where we sat. My husband, we got an employee and his comment was that we were aware of the problem and called someone we ended up putting our food in the garbage and we were not even offered our money back or even an apology. At this point they are lucky to get even 1 star.

Incredibly rude manager. Doesn't have a proper customer service. I saw her screaming with a customer over a sandwich also she accused all of the stealing drinks!!! It's just very unprofessional. If a $1 drink is better than me every day... so be it!

My husband and I stopped to grab a bite to eat and were the only ones there. The two ladies working today were incredibly sweet! They made us fresh pretzels when we ordered them even though they had some in the case, and they made me a great pizza covered with my chosen toppings!! Best customer service I've ever had at a subway!! Thank you Luz and your coworker! Sorry I didn't catch your name too!
