Starbucks - Buford

Oh Sylvia! Even though they spelled it with an i mall of GA mid day coffee fix was quick and delicious. Soy hot chai!! The line is usually ridiculous but it was a quick order. Thanks for the deliciousness.

Terrible service. I work upstairs in the mall and ordered my drink 15 minutes before i left to go on break, i get there and my drink still isn?t ready. That?s fine, i don?t mind waiting. But i wait for another 25 minutes and my order sticker isn?t even on a cup. All they could give me is a recovery card when I asked what was going on. The whole time while they?re making people?s drinks, they?re taking their sweet time, chatting and complaining about the drinks they have to make. It was frustrating and for everyone in the store waiting for their stuff

James (store Manager) is AmAzInG. If you?re having a blah day just walk in this Starbies and James will have you smiling from ear to ear! Thank you James for being the ray of sunshine I needed today.

Busy location. Maybe another place in this GIGANTIC mall can host a spot. Also right at the busy food court. Too small for the customer base. They have only 1 decaf option. Come on! we love starbucks but after 5 I want it caffeine free Staff is good but not enough of them. Had 1 drink in 5 minutes and the second (a shot of decaf expresso) 5 minutes later with 3 other orders filled in between. No water sugar etc station. Whcig made making my drink customized harder on the already overwhelmed batista. (I get it you're in the mall... but I've been to other malls where SB is a kiosk and its run better and with more space around it you can have the water and sugar stations. Get it together and get a bigger more accessible location.

I get my coffee at Starbucks several times a week and they?re always awesome about anything you asked them. This review is for the one inside the mall. My peppermint mocha was too see due to my diet restrictions and and they worked it where it isn?t too sweet but still tastes awesome. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!
