Bidra med feedbackI Drove through the drive through , opened the window to order my food ,,,,,,,, and was overwhelmed by the stench from rotted food, grease, etc.. they need to clean up the surrounding and the back of the property near the drive through !!!! If this is what it smells like, hope the food isn’t just as horrible???
Owner is not investing any into the facility. However, kitchen food prep area was clean. My burgers and fries were delicious and ? hot. Staff of teenagers were polite and professional. Everyone was wearing gloves.Staff swamped and overwhelmed. Owner needs to do better with hiring a janitor. Floors were extremely dirty. However, kitchen area was very clean.
This place is horrible paid for 2 chilli cheese pups and one the staff told the cook not to make them their cursing and being rude while customers are dinning in
If Chick-fil-A can do why can't all of the other fast food places do it?Pay more and you will, or should be able to hire better employees and it all starts from the top. If the owner doesn't care what goes on or how the employees are treated or how the customers are treated you end up with a business just like this one.I realize its hard to find good quality people, but its not impossible because CFA does it. If I owned a Krystals or any other fast food business I would get a job at CFA and learn from the best.
Just went here for lunch. My order was not accurately prepared and the food was reheated and couldn't even bite into the sandwhich.Last but not least, there's a 4% fee for non-cash transaction. This is 2022, nobody is using cash these days, especially with a coin shortage. Charging 4% extra just for using a card is insane. Last time ever eating at this location or any Krystals restaurant.
