Asian Chao - Buford

Purchase one side and one meat. Protein shrimp. The shrimp was cold. Staff insisted it was hot. I would not recommend eating there.

Overpriced food. Food is below average and overpriced for no reason. Better off getting chic fil a at the mall

Work at the mall! Stomach sicknesses ! Everyone here.. rushes you to the point where they mess your order up then the workers get mad. Asked for store owner and manager always on vacation yeah because they obviously don 't Give a flying duck about this place. Nasty and rude. I also work in tho mall DO NOT EAT HERE YOU CAN GET SICK! ? Also ps to the rude workers if you don 't like your job then leave.

Not worth the price. The only thing good is the chicken teriyaki. The fried rice was bland, no flavor. The chicken egg roll had a weird after-taste. The Cajun potatoes had very little salt added to it. It wasn't busy and there was no line when I got my food but the employees were trying to rush us and get us to make a decision quickly. Would not recommend.

The food is mediocre and too expensive. The customer service is non-existent. Honestly you could go a few steps over to PF Changs and pay for a lunch portion and get far better treatment and quality. The way we were treated today (11/05/2022)was not very good at all...the rude women tried to charge us $7.99 for a few extra scoops of chicken...then proceeded to treat us like we did something wrong when we questioned her about the charge...she removed it but still charged us $3.99 for a small scoop...never returning... Update: 05/20/24 I said in my last post I was never returning but against my better judgment and also the fact that I was craving something quick and greasy I went back. Things have not changed ? very disappointed with my purchase. And they still act like they have an issue with giving you portions that match with what they are charging...I digress...
