The Ward Buffalo Riverworks

Atmosphere good for both kids and adults Food was good, prices were affordable. We did the kayaking and rope club adventure. My kids, 14 and 10 enjoyed both. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Wish we had something like this where we live.

The ambiance was really nice and the staff was very friendly. We waited for an hour for our food, though, and the soup was tepid along with cold calamari. They did refund the calamari, which was very nice of them. Our group also ordered the Grilled Chicken Bruschetta Focacia Sandwich (which was fantastic! , the Tater Tot Poutine (HUGE portion, and very good , and a berry salad that was good. It definitely seemed that they were understaffed, and we barely saw our waitress. When we did, though, she was very sweet and helpful.

The food was so good!! I got tater tot poutine to share as well as fish and chips and I was SO full!

The food was very good here, but the atmosphere wasn't very nice. The tables and chairs were sticky and the silverware was dirty. The servers also had somewhat of an attitude. There were a good variety of foods with some vegetarian options which was nice. I would suggest getting less food because the proportions were huge. (only appetizers or no appetizers)
