Tappo - Buffalo

The reservation process is far too confusing, apparently I messed it up and we almost didn’t get our igloo. Waitress was extremely friendly but honestly felt like she didn’t give us great service because the 20% gratuity was included in our bill for four people. We gave her an additional tip because I wasn’t sure if she was just having a bad day and/or overworked. My husband has a severe nut allergy and they served us desserts that contained nuts. Waitress offered an alternate dessert, which was ice cream but she never gave him a spoon. I’m happy we got to experience the igloo but probably wouldn’t do it again because of the inside restaurant is much better.

Really nice place. Acoustics were a little too loud for a date night. But overall pretty killer place.

Great food. Awesome service. Best place to meet after a long travel day, to unwind and spend great time with great people.

Good food, little disappointing they charge for table bread, had a waitress with very little experience. Overall a nice place to have a quick lunch
