Taco Bell - Buffalo

I did not receive my cheesy gordita crunch, and Im not for certain but I think my beverage is not a large it looks like a medium or maybe even a small

Tortilla looks mangled and has giant holes in it, super thin like theres almost no food inside the Crunchwrap.

I'll never go here again! I ordered on the app that it would be fast and I can go there and pick up. but no! Not only did I have to wait 5 minutes to even be recognized, but it took another 20 minutes (I had no great order.) to make the thing even worse, the order was wrong, but not the feeling of spending another 25-30 minutes to wait for them to fix it. but as my son and I eat, he said it didn't taste right. I tried and he was right that something was funny. immediately after that we are both sick. Since then, he threw himself on the one and even had left the school for it.

Terrible food, terrible service. No straws, no napkins. Bathroom was filthy and filled with pot smoke after a worker used it. My mobile order took 15 minutes... actually it was 15 before anyone even asked me if I needed something. The order was not on the mobile rack, it was sitting on a kitchen counter. So my food was not hot. Every single Taco Bell in WNY IS TERRIBLE. Spend your money elsewhere.

Can't blame them too much since I ordered for 4 people at 10 at night, but at the same time, when I got home I realized they forgot 4 items and one of my drinks. I was going to bring up the drink thing but they closed the window before I could say anything. Food was good though
