Sato - Buffalo

I used to really like this place and the veggie ramen but the past two times has been spicy and the flavor is off. Will not order here again because of this. It does not indicate it’s spicy on the menu and it never used to be. I’m so sad because it used to be the only place I could eat veggie ramen in the city.

Always excellent food here. Weird that they close at 9 PM on Saturdays but that’s the price you pay for quality. Best ramen in Buffalo.

One of the most refreshing and tasty places in the city and surrounding areas. Their spring rolls are amazing, crunchy and fresh. I crave their spicy ramen, and there is no other substitute. Great atmosphere, staff and of course, food. Fantastic.Update 5/24 still great. Saké flights are delicious. Spicy miso still on point, as well as the harumaki. A must go for buffalonians and travelers alike Parking: Park on a side street. Still hard to find around elnwood obviously.

It took me over an hour to get my food, I had to have the chef make my ramen twice because the noodles were under cooked and still was not satisfied, the broth tasted like soy sauce. I rate the ramen 1/10. The fried chicken thighs and the aoli however was delicious as was the sushi.

Best whiskey sour I’ve ever ordered in a restaurant! The food was incredible. Service was friendly, well paced, our server was very attentive, and every member of staff was welcoming and interacting with guests. Definitely worth checking out.
