Mcdonald's - Buffalo

I would like to thank the incredibly helpful manager who went out of his way to assist me today. I placed my order right after church, but when I arrived at McDonald's, my app wasn't working. The manager was incredibly kind in helping me, and his generosity will not be forgotten. Thank you, Sheila Phillips, McDonald's after Church Lady.

That is the most terrible mcdonald’s in buffalo. can get a single order right. Every time I order the door, I only get the food they want to give me. I always have to ask for a refund. I guess they also have a provision for refunds.

There is always something missing, or eating is either cooked or undercooked. In addition, I once waited for almost minutes for someone who was the cashier while she was slapping with another hired. I also stopped going here after I saw a rat walking in the back door that one of their hired, uneasy, remained wide open.

I ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was burnt and it took almost half an hour for them to finish making it. Also, the chicken looked like it came from a McChicken.

The dining room was chaotic, flooded, and the staff swore loudly while talking to each other. Customers were uncomfortable during their meal.
