Jim's Steakout - Buffalo

The steak sandwich at this restaurant is exceptional. I only wish we lived closer so I could dine here more frequently.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were amazing, and one of them even connected with me because we shared the same name. She went out of her way to offer me a carrying tray when I was leaving, which was really kind. She also helped me find the drinks area, which I had trouble locating since it was hidden. Overall, great service and great people. I noticed the owner reads reviews, so I wanted to give a shoutout to the employee with the last name "Taylor".

Chicken finger sub was the special of the week . Sub was good (make sure you have napkins). Dining area was clean, spacious and had relevant music playing for ambiance. I've been here before, and whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I'll gladly return.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The menu is easy to understand and the dishes are served hot and fresh. While the prices are a little high, the delicious taste makes it worth it.

Jim's has some of the best tasting chicken fingers in the area. There was a long wait to get my food due to half of my order not being made. Chalked it up to Jim's being short staffed.
