Hardee's - Buffalo

Rude. They were out of fish which I didn 't mind. I had a backup to order but then she kept saying well, we 're out of fish. We cant do anything kept repeating this when I said it 's alright, I left because she was rude and making it a bigger deal than what it was. If youre as rude as she was, I am concerned she 'll spit in my food. Just wet thru the reviews and saddened to find that the rudeness and hostility and ignoring of customers, is common here now. Has been for a few months based on other reviews too.

Some times it takes them a Long time sitting in the drive through

I've gotten undercooked food from this Hardee's and it seems like only 2 people can ever work there. Takes 20 minutes for an order for 4 people if not longer. Not entirely friendly. Lots of indoor seating but no one ever wants to eat there.

Riley helped me at the drive thru! She was very sweet, and attentive. I will definitely be going back, because of her!! Wonderful person and employee!!! Thanks Riley!!!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru after ordering and was never even acknowledged. Finally drove off and went next door to McDonald's.
