Denny's - Buffalo

It was quiet when we went, not sure if that's an overall way things are or just this location. I ordered a steak and was pleasantly surprised to find it cooked the way I like as well as flavourful. I did take half of it home and had it as a sandwich for lunch the next day. Staff was courteous and friendly. Handicapped parking right outside the door was convenient.

I like this place, but, on this occasion I was disappointed. I was seated and given the menu and I watch other patrons come and seated. I saw them get menus and within minutes the were asked what to drink and also asked their orders. I was still waiting to asked what to drink. Now several minutes went by and still nothing. The other patrons who came after me got their drinks and food and yours truly nothing. I was thinking of leaving until a girl who was cleaning some tables saw what was happening and finally got someone. It should not take 20 minutes to ask someone what to drink and eat!

Came with my mom and 8½ month old daughter, they were so polite, such a nice staff. The food was very good. Wasn't a long wait, a couple people ahead of us and we were seated in 2 min and even let us have a booth even tho it was only 2 adults and a baby.

The food was so delicious. The waitresses were so friendly . The place was very clean. 2 thumbs up.

Extremely understaffed, though the staff works hard, so I don't hold it against them. This chain has come to show the extreme downsides of late stage capitalism. If you like the taste of corporate America's gym socks, I highly recommend trying Denny's in 2022. Pros: They're one of the only places still open 24 hours. Cons: Everything else.
