They can knish like nobody has ever knished before, and their other menu items are exquisite. This is not your typical eat when you 're starving food. this is the kind you savor. Take my advice and treat yourself. This is Kama Sutra for your taste buds.
Incredible handmade food, made from real chefs. Unique and diverse flavors; you can't go wrong with anything here- it's all fantastic!I was just in NYC two weeks ago, and the knish and pastrami here exceeded anything from the Big Apple! Buffalo's The Bloom Rose for the win!
I was never a huge knish fan, didn't dislike them, just didn't care much either way. I've had many at many places, but I always found them dry and lacking flavor and loaded them up with lots of mustard to make up for that. For the last few years I've been grabbing knishes from Bloom and Rose every time I spot them in the wild. I have tried many flavors, including dessert options, and nothing has failed to exceed my expectations. My thoughts about knishes have completely changed because of this company. Every single one is packed full of flavor and very moist. I was very excited to see Bloom and Rose on UberEATS and grabbed a meal from them for lunch today. I had the Reuben with corned beef. I expected the sandwich to be good, but it was great. Huge bonus, no stretching and tearing at your corned beef like you do in most regular delis, it's chopped up in a way that it is so easy to eat, tender and flavorful. Homemade dressing was very good, but not overpowering, same with the sauerkraut. Even the pickle was outstanding. I was a little hesitant to order the crab rangoon knish, thinking it might be full of cream cheese and overwhelming. It was not, it was cheesy, creamy and had more crab flavor than a normal Rangoon. I absolutely can't wait to keep supporting this business and feel confident I'll never need mustard on another knish, as long as they are still making them.
One of our favorite things to grab while at the farmers market! Their knishes are delicious and we usually grab a few to have while walking through the market. These were the hot noodles flavor that they don't make often and boy were they good. The owners are always super friendly and fun to talk with too! If you get a chance definitely got to try them! Also sorry for the missing bite in the picture but they are just too dang good and couldn't wait!
There are some really big things happening in the Buffalo food scene at 27 Chandler St. Bloom and rose is a really solid spot in a building with many other awesome kitchens and businesses. Stopped in a few weeks ago for some knishes, which I had never tried. Loved all the more traditional flavors and appreciated taking some chances on flavors like Asian street noodle. Came back recently and had the Reuben, which was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Would highly recommend giving this place a go, along with all the other businesses at Chandler Street. 4.7/5-BJ
