Bidra med feedbackI recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this Subway location, and unfortunately, it's not one I can recommend. Despite a payment glitch resulting in a double charge, the resolution process was far from smooth. The manager, who identified herself as the owner, displayed a concerning lack of understanding about the difference between POS transactions and bank debit statements. My attempt to educate the staff about this issue consumed over 30 minutes of my time. It raises questions about the qualifications of the management. I expected better customer service, especially considering the inconvenience and time I invested. I appreciate the refund, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. I hope the management takes steps to improve their understanding of customer concerns and provides more satisfactory resolutions in the future. Worst customer service ever!!!!! my friend paid for sandwich and they made two charges from her account when she asked about second transaction they said wait for few days for refund. if refund doesnt process come back to us. She went back in after few days owner denied refund and asked her talk to bank instead meanwhile they had the access to transaction and my friend had transactions too. they suppose to investigate it proper instead deny and get away with it. The online menu is incomplete. Under Hot Drinks there is nothing listed. Fountain Drinks has no listing of the drinks they sell. Some of the Series Sandwiches have incomplete descriptions of what's in them. Frustrating. Wonder who is responsible for design/maintenance of webpage.
