A wide menu with delicious dishes you don't know what to order from rich and tempting. Even the toillete is beautiful, clean, and every detail this care. I love it!
All excellent. Impeccable service. Food 10. To highlight: Cold Entry: Carpaccio de langostinos Principal: Risotto de setas (with black truffle) Dessert: Coulant de dulce de leche. The only negative thing was waiting outside. We had a reservation at 22.30 and they just made us go by at 23 'cause he delayed the previous shift. However, it was worth the wait. In general it was a very pleasant experience, to repeat. As for the prices, they seemed to me according to the quality and service offered, similar to what is achieved in other restaurants of equal quality.
Great experience Roux presents us. We went unreservedly, offered us a table for two on the sidewalk. Background jazz. Jose Maria, a teacher, attended us, gave him some guidelines of what our tastes were and we asked him to choose the dishes and drinks. He proposed a cold entry, a hot one, a main one and a dessert and started the show. In the first place, a carpaccio of scallops, a light, delicate and delicious super dish, the best happens when you give the last bite and you can appreciate the flavor that is going around. Secondly, a squash with a raviolon with an egg yolk inside. Exceptional taste. This entry we share. Thirdly, the main dish, Cochinillo (a crocante layer and tender inside, does not require use of knife), the puré de boniato and the carrots that come from accompanying a poem. The dessert is a candy volcano with banana ice cream and other preparations that accompanied very well. We took a wine, a blend, very good but I don't remember the brand. In short, thank you Roux! If you ask for the price, it is more expensive than other places, no doubt for food lovers or those who want to live a gastronomic experience, I tell you: they will not repent, every penny is worth it. Excellent quality restaurant and exquisite service. From the entrance they serve a small and very delicious tasting . Various dishes, author , well presented and perfectly cooked. Prices are a little high, but they're worth it. Warm environment and professional care. Indispensable to book before.
