Bidra med feedbackI don't know the restaurant, but if Francis Mallmann, so it must be excellent. How to contribute, there was filmed the Argentine film 'Nothing', with Luis Brandoni (like Manuel Tamayo Prat) and Rober de Niro (like Vincent Parisi). This photo is in front of the house where 'vive Manuel', in the Boca, on Rocha Street, which in reality is from Francis Mallmann, a well-known culinary master. The car 'is from Manuel', which lives thanks to its gifts of gastronomic criticism.
We went with my wife for her birthday. Attention is very dedicated. The six-step menu is extremely abundant and its perfect quality, following recipes and products in almost all of Argentina's traditional cuisine. The menu of wines and distilled is very complete. The warmth and decoration of the place is exquisite; there is capacity for 12 maximum dining rooms. As a suggestion: the menu could have an alternative to add different wines per cup that the chef proposes as a pairing with the different steps of the menu.
6-course menu. Very well ordered. Entrance of beet salads, then spicy humita with lobster, ñoquis with champagne and parmesan, black merluza with ratatouille, beef with domino potatoes and dessert tasting. A dish better than the other, very well seasoned and presented.
Excellent service, delicious food, we ask our wine waiter recommendation and their recommendations were the best! They treated us as kings, and my first daughter and treated her as a princess! And the little biscuit to sing her birthday was the best! I recommend this restaurant at 100 we are from Puerto Rico!
A unique experience, Francis shines in the simplest dishes taking us to a journey of emotions. We were lucky to enjoy your eight-step dinner perfectly marvelous with a little excellent pinot noir and a semillon. We'll definitely be back!
