Bidra med feedbackIf you are trying to repair your coffee with quality, we go and visit the American Deli in Buenos Aires. Your coffee mix begins as you stand in front of your barista, because very quickly your nostrils bring the scent of your freshly brewed coffee... the distinctive smell of freshly brewed coffee! ....as you observe with anticipation, your coffee is made with fast and efficient timing by the very competent and friendly staff. The bonus is not only the taste of the coffee itself, also your choice of beautiful little treats to accompany your beer....
First a warning! Do not sit on the terrace. We don't know how it was done, but one of our bags was caught. And we are experienced travelers. Many people go to this terrace so we were awake, but still. A young lady next to our... Table had her pocket on her lap all the time. You better sit in. Good food for a decent price.
Being a vegetarian in Buenos Aries is not an easy option. At least here at American Diner they did a very tasty cheese and tomatoes roasted sandwich in 'English bread' (i.e. in slices) and was cheap as it was two rounds. I also had a soft drink and tea, but the tea in Buenos Aries comes with hot milk, which changes the taste for me somewhat. Food, although tasty and very favorable, came to observe the main attraction of people. The locals built artisans, some of which are not even stands and ceilings on the pavement and it is perfect to observe the hustle and bustle of the city, especially at lunchtime when all office workers go through. We sat outside under big red umbrellas, but there are many interiors with air cone.
We ate outside for lunch on a beautiful day. I ordered two Dif Pasta dishes and pigs for my son. All the best was good for a reasonable price. Warning beers only come in 1 liter bottles not to share a bad idea.
My wife and I went to this unpretentious relaxed eating house. In the street outside is also a craft market. There are outside tables. We had coffee and cakes plus a very tasty vegetable pastry on one day. I was even given a free chocolate...cake. The proprietors spoke little English but we could still communicate satisfactorily. I asked a local whose English was quite good. I was looking to have a steak in Argentina and he recommended this restaurant so we went back the next day. We were served fresh French style bread with light cream cheese delicious. I ordered Bife de Chorizo a punto i.e. Steak medium rare. We were offered salad or French fries or mashed potato. We chose the first. The steak was perfectly cooked and so big that we shared the meal and just managed to empty out plate. The total cost was 130 pesos. In summary this relaxed restaurant where the locals eat is a great place to eat and drink whatever you desire for quality and value. I recommend it highly. Alcoholic beverages are also available.
