Bidra med feedbackAfter a long day of tour we went to 1810. What a treat. Friendly, casual service and great food. We had some empanadas to start. They are as good as other critics have said. My wife prefers ham and cheese while I enjoyed the picante. For the net, my wife had the Tamale. We are used to make Mexican style (which we love), but the served 1810 are creamier with more corn and meat filling. Very good. But the highlight for me was a beef and potato-based stew (which I will roughly compare with a Shepard's cake) with cheese on the top (shim, forget the name of the plate). Honestly, one of the most satisfying and tasty dishes I had in Argentina. We would definitely recommend this place if you are tired of restaurant formality and are just looking for something great casual food.
Local cuisine, nice hosts, very clean and very tasty and good value for money! Like it very and can recommend it for visitors!
Best empanadas in Argentina! I had tried a lot of empanadas on my trip to Argentina, but these are the best.
Wonderful food, great experience. We were sent by a helpful local lady while we were looking for a person watching the bar. It wasn't immediately because we had eaten it, but saved later. Regional food and thank God nothing Italian! Couldn't recommend it. GO!
Small cozy restaurants with best empanadas and bean stews. The beef empanadas are the best and loving the green lentils stew compared to the Locras. We had 7 empanadasu , 2 stews and an bottle of wine about $25. Recomended!
