Wesley Rose - Buena Vista

Lovely ambiance, great food, and inside a beautiful hotel. We tried booking through Open Table, but the restaurant never received our reservation. You might be better off calling directly.

Intentional and excellent wine list and great bar tender

We had the most amazing time at w&r! We loved the attention to detail in each dish (artichoke app was INCREDIBLE). Finished off the meal w creme brûlée and live music. Such a memorable night, we will be back!

We always have great food, wine, spirits and fun. Nice to have an eating option like the Wesley Rose in Buena Vista.

Even though I had a reservation, they seemed unprepared. The service was sub-par for the price and the food was the quality that was expected for the price. The ravioli had so much olive oil you could see pools of it in the sauce. The sauce did not stick to the pasta as a result. The focaccia seemed to be straight out of the oven, which would have been great if it had been any other type of bread, in this case it was too spongy. The spaghetti was mushy and there were few noodles with huge meatballs. The dessert was fantastic. The key lime pie was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. I wonder if their cook is a pastry chef? The dining area was quite loud, it wasn't a huge area and the noise came from the dining area as well as the bar around the corner. I had hoped for better since I had seen references to the restaurant as the nicest place in town.
