Pancho's - Buena Vista

No real flavor in the bean and cheese burrito and you have to pay extra for everything including salsa. Staff clearly hate their jobs. But, it is cheap.

We would give it a 2.5 on stars. They are very accommodating, that said. They really didn’t have a lot to choose from. They would give us anything that we asked for. Not a very veggie heavy menu. So we had rice, bean, hashbrowns, onions(raw). Nice size.

I moved to BV from a big city so had to narrow my expectations of vegan dining (I now cook at home a lot more ; Panchos is my go to cheap/quick meal in BV. The bean burrito MUST be ordered without cheese and add guac or avo. They also have a Boca burger which is deep fried. Sweet pot fries are great. Hashbrowns for breakfast with a burrito is pretty good. Coffee is VERY good (Daz Bog and they have non dairy milk to add to it. Bonus points for the drive through window :
