Quick and easy service. Food was perfect once we got home we did drive thru. The staff is friendly and efficient.

The first time! I passed this Pollo Loco a trillion time and I'm finally over. You cook your check. Some pollen locos undercook it so I'm super picky. The salsa was also perfect! The only one was the rice. The rice was not so good compared to other pollen. Other than that, customer service was great! Super fast service too.

I like El Pollo loco. For years. I was recently disappointed to pay $9.49 for chest and wings. The chest was tiny. The sides are big. I liked the salad and broccoli

Today was a very good day in El Pollo Loco! The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. Very satisfied with the dining room. It was a bit cold in the dining room, but everything was great.

Friendly staff. Great way that its set up so that 2 people can get salsa at the same time. Negative is that they don't have the Mexican rice with cinnamon juice that most all other Pollo Loco's carry.
